• The $169 enrollment fee is non-refundable, as it covers the initial credit analysis, setup, and preparation of dispute strategies.
• Monthly payments are also non-refundable once services for that billing cycle have been started.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and we have no control over the credit bureaus or the time it takes to see results.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
